The trial of Thor was underway - the proceedings broadcast freely over the internet.
Llyron’s Hall of Justice was styled externally after the Sidney Opera House. Within, air filled galleries were placed behind a water filled central audience chamber. Throngs viewed the activities from the aquatic audience seats. The air filled chambers were within the equivalent of the ‘box seats’. Each boxed seat had a podium should the person be called upon to speak. Reserved boxes were held for friends and family of the accused. Announcements had been sent to the Avengers and even to Prince Namor and his loyal allies in Aquaria, the Oracle financed aquatic city Namor had created.
An intricate bejeweled and opaque net separated the throne area from the main chamber. The net, like a curtain, would draw back when the trial began, to reveal the dais raised throne of Prince Llyron and the marble seats occupied by the council of Elders. To either side of Llyron were two marble chairs, only slightly lower. His trusted advisors.
In the center area was a circular sphere of air, magnetically contained, for the accused. It’s floor was a circle of ornate black marble and orichalcum. In it’s center was a dark hole leading into the depths of the building. The accused was not yet seen.
There was also a second air filled dome for surface dwellers to speak to the court. And an aquatic equivalent to the opposite side for Atlanteans and aquatic visitors to speak.
A trumpet was sounded, and the Bailiff announced the arrival of the court officials - translating devices converting the announcement to appropriate languages for the air filled box seats.
“All rise for Prince Llyron and the Council of Elders …”
There would be a pause while people did so, then the net was drawn back … the council sitting upon their marble seats, above them sat Llyron. Marble steps lead to the council’s dais level and another half flight to Llyron’s. The prince gestured, and the Bailiff nodded …
“All may be seated. Bring in the accused.”
From the center of the air filled dome, Thor was raised into the room … indirect lighting striking him, casting a somewhat sinister reddish glow. He stood before a podium, wrists contained in massive manacles - alternating layers of adamantium and alchemically treated orichalcum. Sensors within would fill the air filled dome with a matrix deadly lasers should the manacles or chains be broken. Thor had been warned of such.
“Thor, you stand accused of the following crimes. We ask you to show respect and decorum in our court … and if you give your word to abide by our rules, the restraints will be removed.
1 - aiding and defending the witch Morgan Le Fey with the raising of Atlantis, and thereby slaying thousands of Atlantean citizens including our revered elderly, women, and children.
2 - just days ago, you joined the America’s government forces, namely the robotic sentinels, in attempting to assassinate Prince Llyron while he was engaging the clique in battle to aid the human citizens of Manhattan. These robotic forces used deadly force against our liege, ignoring both his diplomatic and even his basic civil rights.
How do you plead?”
________________
*Thor stood his ground and cast a baleful eye about his surroundings. This was what the mortals would refer to as a kangaroo court with Llyorn its hanging judge. Vengeful people of atlantis who seek recall him serving Morgan Le Fey....fed lies by Llyron and his criminal cohort who now rule these fear ridden people.
What cohort Llyron had on his side.
Tiger Shark and Supernalia were well known to the avengers. The Former Thor fought in physical combat more than once. The last time he suffered a broken arm at the hands of the villains hands before defeating him. And Supernalia had once turned the Defenders against the Avengers...nearly destroyng both groups. The attractive Rhia was unknown to Thor. But if she served Llyron...her beauty masked a black and evil heart.*
Spare me this mockery of justice, Llyron! Thor does not plead to such as you.
*Tiger Shark clenched his fist.* He's right, Llyron. Why bother with a trial. I'll kill him now...myself!!!
________________
Supernalia enters and gracefully takes he place near prince, Llyron. She is pleased to see that in this world of primatives lifeforms Atlantis adheres to civilized methods jury. So it is on her world. Her world now denied her. But if she cannot enjoy the comforts of her planet, Atlantis and the oceans of earth will do as a reasonable replacement.
When Thor speaks up, Supernalia grins. In her current form she is slowly becoming more and more like humanoid. She is feeling emotions. There are a heady thing. No wonder Nebulon her former husband was overwhelmed by them.
"Be silence, Tiger Shark. Thor will have his say. We will hear him out before we kill him."
Her golden form glitters brighter as she speaks.
_______________
Rhia was in one of the air-filled areas, extremely curious about this trial. She'd not seen the Prince's hall of justice used before. Sighing, she wished her partner Legion was here to protect her.. or maybe Hi-Jack beside her telling her how great the security system here was.
Watching with all the others, she admires the massive Thor as he comes into the center of the hall, and even she could admit that his musculature gave the Prince a run for his money. Thor looked around and she couldn't help stepping back as bit as his gaze settled on her a moment.
Then Thor gave short shrift to Llyron's justice, his arrogance emanating from him as he claimed to be above all this. Tiger Shark bursts out wanting to kill Thor and Rhia couldn't help but nod in agreement. Her gaze them went to the golden beauty near Llyron as she scolded Tiger Shark. “I agree with Tiger Shark,” Rhia said quietly. “What can Thor possibly say that will change the verdict?”

Llyron shook his head.
"This is a court of justice, Lord Arliss, and Milady Supernalia. Lord Arliss, if you wish to battle Thor, you may challenge him to mortal man to man combat after the trial. That is IF we wish to determine that the so called Thunder God is innocent for complicity to near genocide, and assassination.”
He looked to Thor.
“Lord Thor, while doubting your divinity, we recognize that you are a Prince in your native land. And due respect. Let us address the charges in turn. Our sources report that you defended Morgan Le Fey as she was raising Atlantis from the ocean’s life giving embrace. Do you deny that you did so? Namor reports that you were under the control of Le Fey. But he himself is known to be mentally unbalanced at times. Do you DENY that you defended Le Fey? And, if you did, was it a willing act?”
He shook his head.
“Your poor attitude distresses us. If not respect for this court, then I would think you would show some compassion for the innocent souls that died that day. Instead, I see ego and hubris. I suppose the lives of human beings, and Atlanteans ARE human beings and not animals, are beneath the notice of a ‘God’?”
He reached over and squeezed Supernalia’s hand.
“Thundergod, we consider the sanctity of all sentient life to be sacred - including yours. We are equals … no matter what race we spring from. We ask you to state your case. Or are you above the laws of mere mortals?”

*Thor listened...wishing he could somehow get ahold of his hammer. Then..oh then....he would offer the beating these louts as they so deserved. For the sake of the people of atlantis he would play along with this farce for now. Hopefully...for their sake this did not end in bloodshed. They had been through enough.
You speak with the tongue of the serpent you are, Llyron. You twist things to suit you. You are unworthy of the lofty position the people of this great land grant you.
*He cast his eye towards Supernalia, Rhia and Tiger Shark.*
The company you keep proves you are unfit to lead. But alas...my complaints doth fall on deaf ears. So be it.....cease your dogs from barking green one...and I shall offer my side of the story. And I shall do so for the benefit of the people of Altantis. Not you....or the swine would stand beside you. Agreed??
*Tiger Shark was glaring at Supernalia. She looked the part of beautiful golden skinned woman....but in point of fact....she was more. He could smell she was not humanoid....more like a Cephalopod. And she struted around like she was Llyron's queen...Tiger Shark was rapidly growing weary of it. And her. But Thor's remark's were what bothered him now.*
Swine???!!! God Trash!! I oughta....!!!...*He stopped himself..looking to Rhia. She knew the score. Thor was going to die today...why go thoruhg all this Ceremony first?? But Llyron was calling the tune. Let him play out the hand.*
Sorry. Didn't mean to lose my temper there, sir. *He said to LLyron and fell quiet.*

Supernalia allows Llyron to take his hand and feels a twinge of excitement when he does so. She never thought she could be so moved by the touch of an alien. Nobody but Nebulon has produced such a wealth of desire within her before. Curse this golden shell she has encased herself within. The emotions of her humanoid appearence are growing stronger daily.
She does not speak of any of this. Nor does she speak of anything else. Thor will be allowed to speak before he is proven guilty. This is how justices is on her world. This is how Llyron runs things as well. It proves his worthiness of being king. It shows the people who is in charge and what will happen if even the smallest law is broken. How she admires him for overcoming the primitive surrounds of this otherwise backward world.

Keeping a wary eye on the thunder god, Rhia listed to the Prince, mostly a spectator here though she stood ready and willing to cause the earth to open up and swallow Thor if needs be. Llyron questioned him, seemingly offering a reasonable chance to Thor though she felt they were empty words. Thor was guilty, it was very clear.
And just as she expected, Thor was belligerent, throwing Llyron's largesse back in his face, mocking everyone in the great hall, most especially the gathered Redeemers and Rhia arched a brow, meeting Thor's gaze defiantly as he insulted them. She rolled her eyes, knowing his story would no doubt be all about how he was a hero.
Nodding to Tiger Shark, noticing they way he looked at Supernalia, she made a note to talk to him later about that. Llyron seemed to be pretty far in the sway of the alien. Maybe his loyal troops should mention to him that he ought to be warier of the glittering beauty. Catching Tiger Shark eye as he blustered about Thor's name calling, she offered him a reassuring smile to let him know she felt the same way about things. She was silent for her part, not wishing to go against her Prince any more than she already had.

He smiled to Tigershark.
"Thank you my friend. Thor, I may indeed be reflected by the fine company I keep. Men and women who, like all of us, have made mistakes in their lives, and ‘redeemed’ themselves in the service of mankind. Which of us is a serpent, spitting venom with every word spoken? They apparently have not invented manners yet in Asgard. We may have to open trade with them so your people can import some. Were we not in a court of law, I would personally beat you down for your personal rudeness, then return your hammer to you in a most uncomfortable way. That is if my friend, Lord Arliss, did not do so first. But here in court, I will let you proceed with your statement. What occurred during the so called “Atlantis Rising” holocaust?”
He shook his head, and then returned his hand to his throne, tapping his fingers on the armrest. He next sentence was spoke more softly, almost privately. But it was picked up by the microphones.
“Still no sympathy for the slain civilians. Incredible …”
_____________________
Thor laughed at Llyron's retort.* Thou art brave when threatening the helpless. Return my hammer and would show ye all the power of son of odin. But alas...not here where deluded innocents might be harmed. Let us proceed with this 'trial'.
*He looked not to Llyron and his criminal crew...but those of atlantis in attendence. He rose when addressing them.*
I have commited horrible devestation in your land. I can only state what Namor has told you....which Llyron himself admits...is true. Morgan Le Fey...with the aid of mystical object that increased her magic did take control of Thor. I was reduced for a time to a simpering slave to her will. The fact she was capable of raising Atlantis to the surface proves the might she did possess at that time. I was her agent...under her sway. And sadly....I was used to wrought great and terrible horrors upon the peoples of this great land.
that is my explaination. there is no other. It is as Namor said.
Thus....how do I plead?? Guilty. I am guilty,,,,but not responsible do to the magical sway I was under.
*Tiger Shark leaned over to Rhia while Thor Spoke and whispered in her ear.*
Golden girl is a squid or something. I can smell it all over her. What's she's showin' us ain't what she really is....watch her close. I don't trust her a lick.
*Thor continued on and Tiger Shark stood up glaring down at the thunder god.*
Yeah right....just following orders, blondy. Give me a break. He's guilty. Excute the bastard!!

Rhia couldn't help a little bit of a smirk as Llyron gave Thor a pretty good dressing down, a bit of pride at being in his crew stiffening her spine and nodding as his last quiet comment. She looked to Thor next to see how he would respond.
He claimed to be under the magical sway of that sorceress and Rhia frowned in thought. It could be as he said, though she didn't know enough to be sure. How could one tell? “He lies,” she decided at last, muttering it under her breath. Narrowing her eyes as Supernalia jumps right in past Llyron, Rhia became worried that the woman's beauty was clouding their leader's judgment when it came to letting her be a part in these proceedings.
Tiger Shark whispered his suspicions to her and she nodded, eying the golden female again. “I don't' trust her either,” Rhia responded before nodding once again to Tiger Shark's words. “I also believe that he is guilty. We're wasting our time here.”
_____________________
Supernalia is not entirely disbelieving of Thor's version of event. She has controlled the mind of an asgardian before. They are somewhat difficult to manipulate but not impossible. If this Morgan Le Fey is as powerful as claimed his story might be true.
She is about to ask Thor a question when Tiger Shark's vaunted rage explodes again. Tiger Shark is a excellent warrior but in situations like these his presence is annoying to say the least.
"You say Morgan controlled you. What proof do you have beyond the word of the discredits Namor that this is true?"
She does not hear Tiger Shark whipering to Rhia. If she did she will not care. The banter of creatures like them is beneath her.
_____________________
“Please … Lord Arliss. We are a civilized people.”
He looked back at Thor.
“You reference and compare yourself with Namor. Who we openly commend for the many good deeds he has done for Atlantis and the surface world alike. He also continually showed a total lack of responsibility with regards to his duties as prince, endangering the realm with his ego and negligence. Perhaps your own family has brought to your attention that you have similar issues? Do you suffer from mental illness, as does Namor? At least he has that excuse for HIS issues.”
“Nonetheless, while you were in custody we did an extensive engram copy which confirms what you say. I must say, it was challenging … we’ve never had anyone with the thousands of years of memories you seem to, skewed as they are with excessive ego. But they confirm your statements. You WERE under the control of Morgan Le Fey, and as much a victim of her as our own victims here in Atlantis. With the permission of the Council I wish to dismiss the first charge.”
He looked to Supernalia and Arliss, then the audience in general … there was a collective silence as they absorbed it. Thor had been considered a war criminal until this was discovered.
“My dear friends, pompous and over inflated as he is, and much as I’d like to wipe the floor with him, he IS innocent of the first charge …”
The council seemed to have no objection, though some elders like Thakos looked distraught at the information.

Thor....still standing....glared at Tiger Shark and Rhia. The former he knew all too well. Tiger Shark had been a human who through some vile experiement that combined the DNA of the rightful prince of atlantis, Namor...and a tiger shark turned him into a super strong seagoing maniac. Possessed of strength on par with Llyron's...bionically enhanced jaws and teeth capable of biting through metal....clawed hands and inhuman speed...Tiger Shark was a formidible foe and deadly foe.
This Rhia was a mystery to Thor. He knew nothing of her. But in her own way..she seemed as mad and bloodthristy as the insane sharkman beside her.
Supernalia surprisingly seemed more reasonable. Almost as if she was willing believe the truth and not rush to judgement. Then again....Thor recalled how she had twisted the defenders into battling the avengers. He recalled her host of powers that were on par with her late husband....nebulon.
She possessed powerful glittering energy blasts of terrible power. She had mental powers that could twist even strong mind to believing that which was false. She was strong as a asgardian female. She could teleport over vast distances....and shape shift as well. Her golden shapely form she now wore proved this....for she was in true...an inhuman creature. At least ten feet long....with massive tendrils...and a slime caked mouth of a parasite. Thor had seen this revealed when the avengers defeated her in their last battle. All things considered...it shocked him that she would seemed to be offering hima chance to explain now.*
Namor is not mad!! *Thor stated harshly...driven from his muse by llyron's false suggestion about the former prince of the realm.* Nor am I, Llyron.
*His rage however fled when Llyron suddenly backed up Thor's story.*
What say you?? Do you state that you beleive the truth of the matter?? Then free me...allow me to return to the fabled realm of asgard. Let these proceedings....
*Tiger Shark looked on in disbelief.* What?? You ain't letting him go are ya??? *He looked to Rhia for support. This whole situation was getting crazy. Had Supernalia...for reasons of her own talked Llyron out of offin' Thor??

He walks into the preceeding, walking to the baliff and taking his oath of honesty, looking to his left and right, then adjusting his tie. He was here to testify against Thor, he was ready to put this guy into whatever god prison gods are put into, and he hoped for sure that he would be locked up in the slammer, and become Loki's butt buddy for many eons. He approached the seating area, a odd look on his face, not a smile, or a frown, but a simple and noble look as he approached the area where Llyron was speaking.
"Prince Llyron, I have come to testify in the defense of all living creatures...both the ground walkers and the swimmers of the sea." He looking at Thor then back to Llyron. "My testimony you will find most enlightening." He clearing his throat looking down a long moment. "I was there in the park of New York, there you were also Prince Llyron, and there also Thor stood. As I was saving innocent people, people that could have been Atlantians visiting our realm, Thor did not attempt to help me save them from the dinosaurs, but he used them, used them as a tool of destruction to try and bring down my father out of pettyness and greed for his own self righteous hunger. He is not a truth bearer that swings a hammer of justice, nor a representative of the way that Gods should be judged, he is not surpreme in his intelligence and logic as you Prince Llyron are, he doesn't even aspire to be second best only to you Prince Llyron, nay, he used his hammer, and the power of the gods for his own 'HUMAN' intentions, intentions to serve himself, and not the good of mankind and the innocent."
He looking at Thor with anger in his eyes. "The Clique were defending the city and the sea creatures around it from the evil of the New Gods, and what did Thor do, he attacked my father who was turning a new leaf, turning a new leaf to live a life of good, he attempted to destroy those that were 'redeeming' theirselves in the world, but Thor in his actions caused that moment of redemption to become pale and sour, taking the redemption of a crew of people that could have done great things for this world, and PURPOSFULLY causing them to crash in a downward spiral of deceit and evil, a deceit and evil that conspires now, in his evil eyes that look at you, his evil flesh that holds the skeleton of his closet together, he is a fraud and a liar, a testiment of everything I hope never to become in this great world that should be run by you oh great and mighty Prince Llyron."
He looking at Thor. "I blame YOU, and YOU ALONE you maggot, you wretch, you filthy piece of wasted wanna be god man flesh!" He pointing at the hammer. "That is a hammer of injustice, and you are the weilder of shame, smite yourself in the name of your father, and perhaps then you shall spend only half of eternity in a prison cell with Loki, god knows you are probably to blame for his fall to darkness as well!"
He taking a deep breath of anger, then setting down. "I nearly died rescuing those people Thor, I hope that your...failed...attempts to destroy me and my people, were worth the loss of your foul and wretched belief, to be a god you need a follower, you have none here..." He looking to Llyron. "This is my testimony oh wise and great, powerful and assurant Prince Llyron of Atlantis, long live Atlantis." He bowing his head, sliding his hat back on.

“NOT so fast, Asgardian.”
He looked to Tiger and Supernalia.
“My friends, please. Dear ‘Nalia, Todd is a good friend of mine, and our mutual respect goes beyond his occasional lack of social decorum. His heart beats true, as does Rhia‘s. They are warriors, not diplomats … and prefer more direct means than we must abide by here. Please, friends sit. The time for personal recompense is another time.”
“Thor, as Supernalia pointed out, there is a second charge. Please address it. Aiding in an attempt on the life myself, the true prince of Atlantis. Namor, in his dementia, nearly beat my mother to death for seducing him. This after thinking he had sex with the wife of his friend, Reed Richards. He beat a pregnant woman nearly to death, and was only stopped by Benjamin Grimm. Granted, an evil temptress and murderess, but still a foul act. He is also known to have killed cloned human beings … sentient beings, slain simply because they were genetically engineered and not born of a woman‘s womb. An old atlantean edict, one which I don’t personally agree with but will respect, declares that clones are NOT human and therefore deserving instant destruction. Namor agrees with this and has slain these beings simply for not being human.”
“You aided deadly killer robots to attack me while I attempted to stop an insane murderer and his telepathically influenced cohorts. And though you thereby might be considered an accomplice to the clique’s crimes, they are crimes against America and not Atlantis, and need to be addressed there. I ask you, did you knowingly aid robots which were attempting to use deadly force against me. And … did you excuse this behavior by rationalizing that I am indeed a clone, and not deserving life. That only humans, and I presume Asgardians, are deserving life? Though genetic tests have proven that I am not a clone, I am offended by such thoughts. Perhaps you also believe that white people and Asgardians were created by divine forces, and Blacks and Asians descended from monkeys?”
He then listened to Prodigy’s testimony.
“I don’t know how much of what this man’s testimony is true, but I will ask you Thor. Are you guilty of any of the crimes of which this man speaks? Did you use your powers for personal glory that fateful day last week in manhattan, while you COULD have been using your powers to save lives? Like Namor did battling you that day when Atlantis rose? And he could have been helping me save Atlantean lives? And … millenia ago … did you drive Loki to his crimes with **your** pride and arrogance? Again, this is a crime outside of our scope, but I feel obligated to ask the question.”

You lie! *Thor said of Progidy!* I fought to protect the city your mad father the vllainous Schemer was threatening. Twas he that unleashed an army of deadly lizards and insects upon the populace of Manhattan. I doth found myself in conflict with the clique and new Gods....and sadly was overwhelmed by superior numbers.
*He looked to Llyron ignoring his remarks about color and creed.* Why is it thou were there in Manhattan. Do thou not have a treaty with the united states governement not to interceed in matters. As an avenger it was my duty to bring you to justice before an american court for this breech!! As for attempting to slay you...nay....my attempt was to capture you. Had I sought your demise...Thor couldst have brought the force of the heavens and sky down upon you.
*He deicided to turn Llyron's own previous comments against him.* You admittd you scanned my mind...then you know my words to be true.
*Tiger Shark felt the urge to simply punch supernalia in the face. She was truly getting under his skin. But Llyron's words and the appearence of the Schemer's son made him rethink things. He listened to Progidy..and grinned. Tiger Shark had no love for the Schemer...and the clique. He had beaten several of them in the past..Brawn, Bombshell, Syphon for example..but had lost fights to to likes of heatseeker, Arctic and Hard Core as well. Still...he rather liked the gall Schemer junior here was displaying. Under his breath he said grinning....* Go for it kid.

He stood up in the heat of anger, and anger was truelly there. He'd been trying to get his father to turn a new leaf, for the love of his life, and for the betterment of all mankind, and Thor indeed had brought his plans to ruination. "Thor, your so self absorbed that you have percieved reality with the fiction that drums through that thick skull of yours, you brutish barbarian fool!" He stood up glaring at Thor. "Indeed I can remember while I was focused on fighting three velaceraptors from a crowd of innocent bistandards, you stood bickering with Llyron and attacking schemer, who was attacking robots that were causing destruction and mayhem through the city. You can scan my mind all you wish Llyron, I tell the truth...his own self pride has not only clouded his judgement, but redefined his very soul and essence...he is no god of thunder, he is a god of self virtue."
He looked to Llyron then back to Thor. "The difference between Thor and the rest of humanity is he was gifted with great power and no responsibility, and humanity was gifted with no power and strives to achieve great responsibility, Thor is a heratic, and pagan among his own family, in courtrooms the gavel should be stripped from the judges hand as it resembles the false words he speaks, and how he tries to cover truth with fragrance of vocabulary."
He looking at Thor. "Thou hast doneth great evil in thine eyes, no king, prince or potentate could ever bring you to your knees as you portray yourself as perfect, unable to sin, and those who cannot sin, can do no evil, and eventually do evil without relizing it. You are a villain and do not even realize it, how sad the day has come when villains turn good, and heroes try and destroy them in their moment of redemption, in my opinion there is no greater evil that one could commit, evidence you wish, you call me a liar, you are a liar, my sister is now fighting for good, her new name is Skylard, and I have opened up homeless shelters, to use my leverage to help those that need helping find a new life away from the wicked streets of crime, to mold themselves from a destructive lifestyle, like yours, to that of one that is beneficial for the world." He sitting down.
_______________________
He looked to Prodigy.
“Some of your beliefs seem confused, but I believe you when you say you were trying to save schemer from his dark nature - such an intellect used for good would be a great boon to humanity. And I respect our mutual goal to save the innocent. ((we know in Llyron’s case it’s for positive press, but that’s besides the point lol )). Quite the task, but admirable. We shall talk later about ways to accomplish your goals.”
He turned back to Thor and shook his head.
"There was no treaty ... in a press conference I said I would try to refrain from interceding unless human lives were at stake. And they were. Even had a treaty been in effect, I would have tried to save civilians by stopping the madman and his poor entranced minions. You haven't looked into the dead eyes of masses of innocent people who died from such villainy. Namor did, after the second world war, but he seems to have forgotten his humanity since then. Their eyes sear into my soul, and I cannot stand by while innocent life is lost."
He considered.
"And, thunder god, I could have slain you twice that day. But I refrained even though, until this very day, I thought you an accomplice to genocide."
He shook his head as a thought came to him.
"You sought to capture me for whom?? The murderous americans who sought to kill me with their monstrous robotic assassins? To Namor, who rationalizes me a clone to excuse his adulterous deeds? Tell me whom?"
_______________________
*Thor merely smiled...not with humor..but with dismay for the child of the Schemer. He had obviously been brainwashed by his mad father's pompous rantings over the years. That...and a son's loyalty had apparently sent him off into a delusional state where up was down....wrong was right. It would truly be amusing...if it were not so sad.*
Thou art are as mad as thine father, boy. So lost are thee....even insults towards thine own sister thou doth hurl. Seekth guidence in the hands of a human mental health professional say I. Twould do thee a world of good me thinks.
*He turned to Llyron next. Once more...the master of word manipulaton sought to things to make him seem in the best light before his people. Thor was not going to stand for it.*
Thor does thank ye for not slaining me, oh mighty prince of Atlantis. *The thunder god said mockingly.* But the fact remains....of thy own words...thou were going to remain out of american affairs. I was defending my adopted earthly country....and as an avenger...thor be a duly appointed defender of said realm....with the backing of justice department....and the current president. By holding me here for doing my duty to that great land.....you risk an international incident with america. Is that thine desire?
*Thor paused...and decided to bring this to a head.* Many wrongs were done that day in manhattan. Mostly by the new gods and clique. If Thor unjustly judged your presence there....for I believe thou were in league with the clique....I offer my most humble apology.
*Tiger Shark watched closely. If Thor was let off the hook by Llyron...he was going to take a hand in this. He rose and whispered to Schemer Junior.* That god trash is going down. Back me up if Llyron lets him slide. We'll off that punk....i'm sure your dad will love that.

“Our own technology has confirmed what you say … your memories confirm your words. You DID believe me to be working with the clique. However, you state you are a duly appointed agent of the american government. THEY have unprovokedly used deadly force against me, and used you to attempt my abduction. You have just admitted to doing so. The charges of being an accomplice to mass murder is dropped. The charge of attempted murder is dropped. You are found guilty of attempted abduction of the crowned Prince of Atlantis. You will be held in custody until such time as hostilities with the United States are concluded, or a proper prisoner exchange is negotiated. I am sorry for your inconvenience as I am sure you THOUGHT you were doing the right thing. A relatively short period of confinement cannot mean much to one who is immortal … and has already lived for millenia.”
He rose.
“Perhaps, after this is over, we can become friends. I welcome all who wish to change their ways for the betterment of mankind …”
